There are beaches for everyone here in Calabria. Photo 1 is the nearest beach to the apartment, you can see Maiera on the hill.
Photo 2 is the beach at Belverde.
Photo 3 is one of the small coves heading towards Maretea, these are great for snorkelling.
Photo 4 is the stunning beach at San Nicola Arcella.
Photo 5 is the beach from Praia a Mare right up until Scalea.
Photo 6 is the grotto at Praia a Mare.
The beach is a short drive back down the gorge, it takes six minutes (unless if you drive like an Italian!).
